Studied at Seoul National University College of Music. Attended the Oxford Lieder Festival residential course. His competition successes include first prize at the Opera Crown International Opera Competition in Tbilisi, Otto Edelmann International Competition in Vienna, Monte Carlo Voice Masters in Monaco, Toulouse International Singing Competition in France and other major singing competitions.
Gave recitals at Kukje Art Hall in Seoul and at the Oxford Lieder Festival. He will join The Royal Opera House’s Jette Parker Young Artists Programme for 2019/20 season.
