Graduated from the University of Western Ontario and the University of Michigan with professor Fritz Kaenzig.
A finalist of the WAMSO Young Artist Competition (2016). Won the top prize at the OSM (Montreal Symphony) Standard Life Solo Competition (2014). As a guest soloist performed with Albany Symphony Orchestra, Orchestra Toronto, Windsor Symphony Orchestra. Participated in numerous festivals including Aspen Music Festival and Spoleto Festival USA.
Holds the position of principal tuba at the Winnipeg Symphony Orchestra and the Civic Orchestra of Chicago. Previously worked with the New World Symphony, the National Arts Centre Orchestra and the Calgary Philharmonic Orchestra.
