Ekaterina Savinkova

BIOGRAPHY

Graduated from Arkhangelsky Penza Music College (conducting and choir faculty) and from Glinka Nizhny Novgorod State Conservatory (vocal faculty, class of Prof. Svetlana Livshina). Currently is an assistant trainee at the Tchaikovsky Moscow State Conservatory (class of Lidia Chernykh). From 2008 to 2013 worked as a soloist at the Governor’s Symphony Capella of Penza Regional Philharmonic. Completed an internship at the Galina Vishnevskaya Opera Singing Centre (class of Badri Maisuradze).

Second prize winner at the Silver Lyre All-Russian Music Competition-Festival (Penza, 2012) and the fourth prize winner at the IV Bella Voce International Student Vocal Competition (Moscow, 2014). In 2018 won the Grand Prix of the V Shpiller International Competition.
