Studied with Prof. Knut Sönstevold at the Royal College of Music in Stockholm and continued his studies in Mannheim with Prof. Ole Kristian Dahl.
In 2009 he started working at the Norwegian Opera, one year later he became a principal bassoon at the Danish National Symphony Orchestra.
In 2015 worked as a principal bassoon at the Munich Philharmonics under the baton of Valery Gergiev. As a guest principal bassoon played with London Philharmonic Orchestra, City of Birmingham Symphony Orchestra, Royal Stockholm Philharmonic, Philharmonia Orchestra London and other ensembles.
A first prize winner at the Solistpriset Competition in Sweden and the Gillet-Fox Competition in New York.
