Aliya Vodovozova (Flute)

BIOGRAPHY

Studied at the Gnessin Special Music School (class of Maria Chepurina). In 2015 she graduated form the Tchaikovsky Moscow State Conservatory (class of people’s artist of Russia Prof. Alexander Golishev) and began her postgraduate studies. Also in 2015 she was admitted to the Hochschule für Musik Hanns Eisler Berlin (class of Benoît Fromanger).

Since 2003 has been a grant-receiver of Vladimir Spivakov International Charity Foundation.

A first prize winner of the Sforzando Competition in Kazan (2015). She has taken part in many prestigious festivals, such as Pacific Music Festival in Japan and Encuentro Santander in Spain. As a soloist and with various orchestras she played in France, Germany, Italy, Switzerland, Poland and many other countries.

Since 2012 she has been participating in the programs of the St. Petersburg Music House.
