Dmitry Krylov (Trombone)

Graduated from the Mussorgsky St. Petersburg Music College (class of Kirill Lobikov) and the Rimsky-Korsakov St. Petersburg State Conservatory (class of Prof. Viktor Sumerkin).

In 2018 he began his postgraduate studies at the Conservatory in the class of docent Igor Yakovlev.

A winner of the Bolshiyanov All-Russian Youth Competition for Brass Instruments (Krasnodar, 2008). Won the second prize at the VIII Silver Sounds International Competition for Brass and Percussion Soloists (Petrozavodsk, 2017). Took part in the international symphony project Young Euro Classic 2015 (Berlin, Germany). A soloist of the Olympic Brass ensemble since its formation. An artist of the St. Petersburg State Capella since 2010 (currently holds the position of the concertmaster of the trombone section).
