Began her violin studies at the age of four in Japan. Moved to Los Angeles at the age of twelve. Studied at Juilliard Pre-College with Masao Kawasaki and at the Colburn School with Robert Lipsett. She is currently an undergraduate student of Professor Kolja Blacher at the Hochschule für Musik Hanns Eisler in Berlin.
Recipient of the first prizes at the Jascha Heifetz Competition in Vilnius (2013) and the Irving M. Klein Competition in San Francisco (2011). Appeared as a soloist with many orchestras including the Los Angeles Chamber Orchestra, the Lithuanian National Symphony, the Deutsche Kammerphilharmonie Bremen and the Kremerata Baltica. Performs on a violin crafted by Pietro Guarneri (Mantua, late XVII century), on generous loan from the Deutsche Musikinstrumentenfond of the Deutsch Stiftung Musikleben.
