Started learning the French Horn from his father. In 2011 he was admitted to the Middle School of the Central Conservatory of Music and studied under Professor Wen Quan. In 2017 he entered the Central Conservatory of Music to continue his undergraduate study. He studied with such musicians as Frank Lloyd, Kerry Turner, and Andre Cazalet.

Won the second prize in the under 16 category at the VII International Competition for Young Musicians in Vladivostok (Russia, 2012) and the second prize at the VIII Jeju International Brass Competition. He took part in the opening ceremony of the first Beijing Youth Art Festival. A laureate of numerous international competitions.
