A program no longer than 20 minutes in length consisting of:

1. An aria from an opera, cantata, or oratorio by one of the following composers:
   J.S. Bach, H. Purcell, G. Handel, C. Gluck, J. Haydn, or W.A. Mozart
2. An aria from an opera by one of the following composers:
   C. M. Weber, G. Rossini, G. Donizetti, V. Bellini, M. Glinka, R. Wagner, G. Verdi, Ch. Gounod, S. Moniuszko, B. Smetana, A. Borodin, C. Saint-Saëns, L. Delibes, G. Bizet, M. Mussorgsky, A. Dvořák , N. Rimsky-Korsakov, R. Leoncavallo,  G. Puccini, P. Mascagni, S. Rachmaninov, or P.I. Tchaikovsky
3. A Romance by P.I. Tchaikovsky.

A program no longer than 35 minutes in length consisting of:

1. Any Romance by P.I. Tchaikovsky (except for the 16 Songs for Children, Op. 54 and the Romance performed in the First Round) 
2. A romance or song by one of the following composers:
   F. Schubert, R. Schumann, M. Glinka, M. Balakirev, A. Dargomyzhsky, A. Borodin, M. Mussorgsky, N. Rimsky-Korsakov, L.Beethoven, J. Brahms, E. Grieg, F. Mendelssohn, A. Dvořák, C. Debussy, S. Rachmaninov, M. Ravel, G. Mahler, H. Wolf, M. de Falla, S. Prokofiev, D. Shostakovich, or G. Sviridov
3. A folk song accompanied by a pianist or a cappella, preferably from the country represented by the performer
4. A major aria of the performer's choice
5. An aria from an opera, cantata, or oratorio written after 1950.

A program no longer than 30 minutes in length consisting of:

1. An aria from an opera by P.I. Tchaikovsky or from his cantata Moscow No. 4 for baritone, No. 5 for mezzo-soprano). For coloratura soprano: an aria from an opera by N. Rimsky-Korsakov
2. An operatic aria of the performer's choice.

If any score or part is not available, the organizing committee may require the performer to provide it within a reasonable period of time.
